Twelve kinds of care, planned as one

Breathing, posture, jaw comfort, sleep and a child's growth are connected. At Aviara your dentist, therapists and medical team plan together, so each part of your care supports the rest.

How the Aviara Method works

Rest is where healing begins

Snoring, restless nights and waking tired can trace back to how you breathe while you sleep. We screen for airway-related sleep problems, work alongside your physician on the diagnosis, and treat with oral appliance therapy and airway-focused care.

A calm place to begin

Our Los Alamitos office was designed for unhurried care: light-filled treatment rooms, a movement studio that opens onto the terrace, and a quiet welcome at the front desk.
